Missing Location Data
Our tools use OpenStreetMap. If a business near you isn't showing up, the fastest fix is adding it at openstreetmap.org — it appears in our results within a few days.

We read every message personally. Response time is typically 1–3 business days. For urgent map data issues, contributing directly to OpenStreetMap will get you faster results than waiting for us.
Common Questions
Why is a specific business not showing up in your tool?
Our tools use OpenStreetMap data. If a business isn't mapped there, it won't appear in our results. The fastest fix is to add it yourself at openstreetmap.org — it's free to edit and your addition usually becomes visible in our results within a few days. If you're not comfortable editing OSM, let us know via the form and we'll look into it.
My location permission is blocked — how do I fix it?
Location permissions are controlled by your browser, not our site. In Chrome: click the padlock icon in the address bar → Site Settings → Location → Allow. In Safari on iPhone: Settings → Safari → Location → Allow. On Firefox: click the padlock → Connection Secure → More Information → Permissions → Access Your Location → Allow.
Do you store my location data?
No. Your GPS coordinates are used in real-time to query OpenStreetMap and are never stored, logged, or sent to any server we operate. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Can I add your tools to my website?
Our tools are free to use but not available for embedding via iframe or reselling. If you have a specific integration idea — such as a white-label version or content partnership — use the contact form above and select "Partnership / Press."
I found factually wrong information on your site. How do I report it?
Please use the contact form above and select "Bug Report." Include the page URL and exactly what information is wrong. For location data errors specifically, the root fix is usually an edit to OpenStreetMap — but tell us too and we'll monitor it.
How do you make money if everything is free?
MyZipCode Online is supported by display advertising. We don't charge users, don't sell data, don't have paid listings, and don't accept payment to influence which results appear. The tools are and will remain free.
